'The Gross Case'
Documentation of an unsuccessful attempt to escape by car through an East German border checkpoint. Both people arrested, a Swiss man and an East German woman, served their prison sentences in Bautzen II.
The historical case provided the inspiration for the film 'Einmal Ku'damm und zurück' (One round trip to Ku'damm), West Germany, 1983, directed by Herbert Ballmann, 96 minutes.
Technical specifications of the exhibition: eight panels printed on both sides with photos and text (100 x 120 cm), without framing.
