Archaeological digs
Since 2003 international work camps have conducted systematic searches of the grounds of the former camp to locate the remains of camp buildings. These work camps are held in cooperation with Service Civil International (SCI). The digs are supervised by two archaeologists who specialise in memorials. The final goal is to create a circular path for a historical walking tour.
